- Accompany prospective tenants to
property for showing
- Negotiate the terms
and do the lease contract
- Collect security deposit and deposit
in an escrow account
- Complete a written move-in and move
out report
- Coordinate any repairs per terms of
management agreement
- Collect rent and prepare monthly
statement. Mail the check and statement to the owner by 15th of the month or before
- Periodically visit property
- Handle Court
proceedings related to lease violations. Late notices may be
sent to the tenant; but one is not required to begin court proceedings.
- Complaint in summary ejectment and
summons prepared on delinquent accounts
